1.Caking hign temperature or uneven in pre-frothing
equipment
reduce the stream pressure of pre-forthing
bed stirring effect in pre-frothing equipment increase stirring spead and improve stirring
structure
no enough air increase enough air
the raw material stored too long avoid storing raw material for too long time
lack of liniment or not right proportionality put right amount of zinc stearate over 200 mesh

2.Moist particles of
pre-frothing

remove the raw material or increse fluidized
bed drying system or reduce wind
stream pressure is too high,the temperature is a
little higher
volume so as to reduce the removing speed for
raw material reduce the stream pressure or
turn down stream inlet valve
long staying time for frothing particles reduce the height of the outlet or increase the
feeding speed of the inlet
uneven particles use even-particles raw material instead
mixing of nerw and old raw material use the same material as possible

5.Pre-frothing-
particle's bad shape
stirring fans is hurt adjust stirring fans' place
air-blower's fans is hurt use spraying pipe to remove raw material
bad shape particles in raw material inform the production plant
6.Diffcult to control
the frothing times
uneven feeding speed check whether the spiral machine is blocked up
the low material
unstable stream pressure is too moiset,cool it dried then use
mix the new and old raw material check the stream-pipe system
too frash raw-material use the same material as possible
7.Frothing particles'

shrinking

discharging stream or air
uneven cooling and heating of the mould check whether the stream hole is blocked up,
increase the stream hole
not enough time for frothing prolong mature-time
particles to be mature no enough cooling or uneven prolong mature-time, increase cooling water,
check the condition of the component
6.Good surface
binding but bad part
inside
