1.Location of factory:
It’s better that the distance between factory and nearest sea port less than 50 kilometers.
2. Transportation:
The port should allow transportation and storage of dangerous liquid chemical goods.
3. Raw material supply:
The quality of SM (Styrene Monomer) must meet requirements. we can provide SM samples` inspection service in Shanghai.
4. Auxiliaries supply:
For safety’s sake, some dangerous auxiliaries material must purchased in local market, so the availability of local supplier is quite important.
5. Target Market:
According to the usage and size, EPS beads can be divided into several types, such as 0.4-0.7mm, 06.-09.mm, 08.-1.1mm, 1.0-1.5mm, for different proportion of the beads, the technique process and formula also different. Therefore, before build the factory, we must investigate the demand of market.
6. Expected Capacity:
The yearly (300days, 3shift per day) capacity of raw material factory commonly is 60,000ton, 120,000ton, 180,000ton, 240,000ton, please choose the one suitable for you.
7. Area of Factory:
Depending on different capacity, the size of workshop is from 4,000 to 15,000 square meters.
8. On getting your detailed information, our company will make feasibility report accordingly, and provide draft of factory layout, technique process, full set quotation and other necessary service.
9. After successfully running of the factory, we suggest customers to employ 2 engineers from our company for 1year. They can act as production and technique manager, who take charge of technique support, chemical analysis, staff training and after service.
10. When customer arrive Shanghai, we can arrange visit of a running EPS raw material factory with 120,000ton yearly capacity, and discuss more details of cooperation.
